Malaysia is gonna wish me Happy Birthday!

I told few of my friends i don't want any form of birthday celebration with/from them this year and i meant it!

Lil shorty said i'm being ridiculous and asked if i am okay. I am okay, totally fine with it, so no worries and that is what i want! I wont miss out anything because the Malaysia is gonna wish me Happy Birthday anyway! haha Why i said so? Its Earth hour and hopefully all Malaysian will participate by switching off their lights from 8.30pm to 9.30pm on my birthday which falls on the 28th of march :) i know its not for me, but im making it something special on my day. kind of like "stealing the thunder" hehe and attention seeker! :S errr, pathetic...hehe anyway, its Malaysia; a country will total population of 27.73(in million) gonna wish me happy birthday, isn't that special enough??? in fact, its a great deal! (*sighzz SS but yeah, im thinking positive... finally!!!) Dont you wish you born on the same day now that i mention? hehe

Here's my the simple plan for my birthday. First, enjoy my sleep. A good rest will do me good so ill probably wake up 12something in the afternoon. Then i will eat my brunch and right after that hmmm let's see... should i go shopping? manicure? pedicure? or etc etc etc (gonna keep things random). Next, i want to watch confession of the shopaholic that probably reflects a bit of me. well will do it before malaysia 'wish me happy bday'!!! I read all the shopaholic books by sophie kinsella. She's the best :D hehe lastly i gonna have my candlelight dinner. hehe

Anyway, i know u probably want to know more about earth hour rather than my birthday's plan. So here are the details (forwarded email :P)...

Earth Hour started in 2007 in Sydney, Australia with 2.2 million homes and businesses turning their lights off for one hour.

Only a year later and this event had become a global sustainability movement with up to 50 million people across 35 countries participating.

Global landmarks such as the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco, Rome’s Colosseum and the Coca Cola billboard in Times Square, all stood in darkness, as symbols of hope for a cause that grows more urgent by the hour.

Earth Hour 2009 is a global call to action to every individual, every business and every community.
A call to stand up, to take responsibility and to get involved in working towards a sustainable future.
Iconic buildings and landmarks worldwide will stand in darkness.
People across the world will turn off their lights and join together in creating the vital conversation about the future of our precious planet.

Over 64 countries and territories are participating in Earth Hour 2009.
This number grows every day as people realise how such a simple act, can have such a profound result in affecting change.

Earth Hour is a message of hope and a message of action. Everyone can make a difference.

Planned and run by WWF-Malaysia and its partners, EARTH HOUR MALAYSIA is happening on 28 March 2009 at 8.30pm.
All parties are welcome to participate in Earth Hour on the 28th of March 2009 by turning off your lights for one hour from 8.30pm-9.30pm.
Go tell everyone you know to play their part.
